Inner Seasons is educational and non-diagnostic. It does not replace medical or mental health care. Website content and examples are invitations to reflect; they do not provide individual advice or a promise of a particular outcome.
Applications and availability
A pilot application does not guarantee a place or commit you to participation. Dates, participation expectations and any separate pilot terms will be shared before you decide. The book is not currently available for purchase through this website.
Event bookings
Each event page states its details, price and cancellation terms. The booking link identifies the provider. Friday Reset dates may be booked through CLIQ; website payment bookings use Stripe when available. Follow the confirmation and terms supplied for your chosen booking route. A website booking is confirmed after payment is verified, or after a free place is reserved. For help, email latitia@innerseasons.uk with your booking reference.
