Privacy notice.
Privacy notice for the Inner Seasons website. Updated 1 October 2026.
Who is responsible
Latitia Kung, Inner Seasons, is the contact for information collected through this website. Email latitia@innerseasons.uk for privacy questions, access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion.
What we collect and why
The newsletter collects your email and consent to occasional news and event announcements. The Second Season waitlist collects your first name, email, optional discovery source and consent to book updates. Pilot applications collect your first name, email, city, the change you choose to describe, optional reflection goals, previous app use, optional wearable information, London attendance preference, optional discovery source and consent. Applications are reviewed by a person to assess pilot fit and contact you. They do not subscribe you to marketing.
Your choices
These forms use your consent. Pilot consent expressly includes personal circumstances you choose to share. Please avoid medical records and information about others. We do not use applications for automated scoring, ranking or AI analysis. You can withdraw consent or ask us to delete your information by emailing latitia@innerseasons.uk. Declining or withdrawing does not prevent you from browsing the website.
Storage and retention
Form responses are held in a Cloudflare D1 database provided through Sites hosting and copied to a private Google Sheet for Latitia to review. Access is restricted to the site administrator and authorized Google accounts. Pilot applications and contact enquiries expire after 90 days; newsletter and waitlist records expire after two years. Google copies use the same expiry dates and are cleared daily. Unsubscribing or deleting a response through the website also removes its Google Sheet copy. Expired records are excluded from review and cleared when forms or the management area are used. Latitia can delete a response sooner on request. Downloaded exports must also be deleted when appropriate.
Email, booking and payment services
Google Workspace sends form confirmations and enquiry acknowledgements from latitia@innerseasons.uk. Newsletter and book-list confirmations include an unsubscribe link. Event booking providers are identified on the booking link or checkout: Friday Reset dates may use CLIQ, and website bookings use Stripe when that checkout is available. Providers process your details under their own privacy notices. Website bookings store your name, email and booking/payment references, not card details, and do not subscribe you to marketing.
Cookies and hosting
Google Analytics is optional and loads only when you select Allow analytics. It measures public page visits and successful form submissions by category, using analytics cookies and technical information such as device, browser and approximate location. We do not send names, email addresses, messages or application answers to Analytics. Advertising features and Google Signals are disabled. You can decline analytics or withdraw consent through Cookie settings at any time. Your choice is stored on your device for 180 days. Admin, booking and unsubscribe pages are excluded from Analytics; query strings and fragments are omitted from page URLs. Hosting providers process technical information needed to serve the website and may use essential sign-in cookies for protected areas. Google Fonts receives a request from your browser to load Newsreader and Manrope.
Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, withdraw consent, object to marketing and request portability. Contact Latitia first; you can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
